===== From bfranke2@home.com: Not really the wilderness. The text file suggests the image was not created specifically for the competition. Still, it is a very good image. ===== From tony@j4tb.com: The houses look really nice. The truck an people I would love to be able to make them look that real. Your image is a little off topic though. ===== From jd@surveyor.in-berlin.de: Sorry, looks off topic for me. ===== From javaearl@hotmail.com: Great scene. VERY well defined. However, seems to civilized to denote "wilderness." ===== From warp@iki.fi: The first impression of this image is "Wow!", but when looking more closely and the lack of a good description of the image and how it was made causes a little disappointment. Ok, it's about wilderness, but there are too many houses and people. Wilderness was about places where there is no people. The sky is white? And the mountains blue. Ok, an artistic effect, but a bit contradictory with the photorealistic trees. ===== From whitey@telefragged.com: Not very artistic, just a render of some houses. :P ===== From luisvaloyes@malditasea.zzn.com: the entire scene is good , but I don't like the grass texture, it makes the image look less realistic, anyway, houses, peoples and car are excellent ===== From dmacisaacj@hotmail.com: liked the scenery / background, the houses are too make one and translate, but overall a good image. Again the scenery looks cool. ===== From nitschk@ranke.be.schule.de: This looks more like an image of an architectural presentation than real art, but the idea itself is good, the composition is good, too. Only the technical aspect could be much better. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: good modelling of the houses, nice lighting. I guess the trees are not your own creation, but placement looks very natural, good composition ===== From jouni@mikrobitti.fi: It's damn beautiful, but too far from the original topic's statement about human influence. The grass texture might use some additional work, and while you're at it, give the trees a bit more features too. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: The trees look great, and the mountainscape is nice (if a bit blue). The houses have a unique look to them, but detract from the topic as the wilderness, "places untouched or untamed by man". ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Fine sweeping panorama with an incredible amount of detail. The ground, however, seems to be unnaturally terraced. ===== From albiaprime@aol.com: Artistic - wow! a typical wilderness holiday camp. nicely balanced and pleasing to the eye. Technical - fantastic trees, great buildings but are they from a Professional Artist, as a part of an ongoing paid for work as your Image title suggests. Only detractions, 1.. grass in foreground needs more work to achieve depth of field, 2... distant blue mountain (obviously in haze) could show some roughness as if detail was trying to come through Concept - spot on, a wilderness scene Additional Comment - As you are using expensive professional tools, Your Image title has led me to wonder if this entry infact from a pair of Professional Artists, as a part of an ongoing work for which they are getting paid??
