===== From bfranke2@home.com: Very cartoon like, but I guess that is what you were trying for. The fish, out of the water, does look pretty good. I will have to remember your method for creating the ripples in the water. Come to think of if, shouldn't the water have a reflective surface? ===== From Stickgod01@aol.com: Well, I see some whacky fish, a funky sun, and some out of place looking pyramids, all put together on one of the weirdest ground textures I've ever seen. I must say, I like it. It made me laugh. I like the less serious approach to the theme. ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Well I have never done LSD or Shrumes but if I had this image is what I would expect to see. I particularly like the sunrise gradient. This would be a great idlenot milk carton. (Idlenot is/was a milk Producer in the North East) ===== From karl@pemail.net: I like this ===== From warp@iki.fi: The sun looks cute. You should have used an area light to get softer shadows (the sun is not a point), as well as a brighter sun. Some reflection on the water (?) wouldn't have hurt. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: Somewhat irritating style, but I like it. Not very easy to compare with the other pictures... ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: This has a style of its own that I like a lot. All the elements seem to work together to support this style, and the cacti and fish work well here. I love the sun peeking over the horizon. I do find the alternating bands of color on the ground to be a bit jarring, though. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Ha! Great cartoony style. The only thing I don't like is the striped ground. It seems distracting and doesn't belong in the scene (as if anything else does!). ===== From albiaprime@aol.com: Artistic - For the particular style it is nice Technical - I have trouble imagining fish in the desert although they are very nicely done. Concept - Not my idea of a wilderness.
