It looks to me that almost everything is more or less automatically generated
and calculated. Low technical score.
If you had modelled trees, plants, animals and so on it would have helped. It
would have also made the image look better.

The snow appears to be painted on to the surface -- it 
has no feeling of depth.  Also, there is no sign of the 
piles of shattered rock I'd expect to find at the bottom of 
cliffs such as these.  The scene feels too static.  You 
might try adding a bird or two.

Artistic - nice to look at, but rock texture needs more depth and detail
Technical - excellent sky, good cliff work and depth to valleys behind, but would
    like to know how you made or where you got your textures from
Concept - definitely a wilderness
