Very nice image.  A little dark perhaps.  I think things in your scene should be
more reflective, since I can't even tell from other objects in your scene that
there is a huge light glow in the middle (maybe the light from the face smoke
needs to be brighter too).

modelling on the objects look good, but could use some 
more detailed textures (although the jar with the head
