===== From tony@j4tb.com: Your human figure looks good for not having something like poser. Your light shining through the blinds takes focus away from the glowing liquid. I think if you killed the 'natural' light and replaced with artifical (darker) lights it would really add drama to the image. ===== From stephenhasmail@yahoo.com: Nice idea. I like your focal blur on close objects. That adds a lot. Image might be dark on dimmer monitors. ===== From tji@euskalnet.net: try to search thru' http://www.alltheweb.com, perhaps you may find her pictures Good image also (I like the idea a lot). ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Overall, this is pretty nice... the glasses on the scientist are a good touch. Filling in some of the large empty areas (with pictures, charts, and a baseboard) would be good. To me, there seems to be a problem with different styles clashing with each other within the scene... the bookshelf and floor have a dark, moody feel to them, and the beakers have a 'hyper-reality' to them (mainly due to the blurring), while the scientist and background have a very simplistic look. None of these looks bad (in particular I like the bookcase), but in my eyes they don't seem to blend very well. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Very good alternative idea. And the perfect excuse to not model the scientist... :) ===== From whitey@telefragged.com: neat, i just don't like the render that much ===== From tom@tomandlu.co.uk: Good - the figure doesn't quite work, but fun all the same ===== From file: Notable for modelling
