IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 


This started out as an attempt to make an elevator sequence, but I made a
mistake orienting the camera and found strange effects created by the texture I
used on the elevator shaft walls. This picture enhances those effects.
I'd also like to thank Matt Shorey for his usefull input


DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


All the textures in this are based on the included Moray textures. The elevator
shaft, which the camera is looking straight up into, is textured with a brushed
metal. Blue and green lighting interacting with the brushed metal creates the
"mist." The center sphere is composed of two lensflares.
