===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: This is a fantastic looking image. The essence of contrast in both technique and result, and it looks good too. The only thing I would change would be the lighting. The multiple shadows are distracting. Either very soft area lighting to almost remove shadows entirely, or one or two strong point sources to throw very stark shadows would be much better in my opinion. ===== From steve@neurotrain.com: A 17 T 18 C 20 A very intriguing image. A couple of points lost are because I find the tree s little bit too off centre, and the pattern on the bench tops too busy Technically very very good. The benchs are just a bit too perfect..the edges a bit too sharp Excellent Concept ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Nice use of light and shadow, and the scene has a nice starkness to it. Interesting shape on the sculpture. The tiles could maybe benefit from bevelling the edges. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Heh. Fascinating restraint you put on yourself. ===== From hfventer@ing.sun.ac.za: The lighting effects of the tree on the wall turned out quite nice too :)
