Very nice!  The shaping on the face and especially the 
headdress look great.
I like the muted colors.  A few nit-picky points:  the 
feathers look rather solid, and the tattoo on the face 
doesn't seem to work as well as the red design on the 
totem pole.  These are very minor, though... overall, a 
very impressive piece of work, and my top choice for the 
round.

Epistemology:
What is a totem the symbol of?  Is it what they worship?  Or is it more a symbol
of what they are thinking?  

Axiology:
The value is obviously in design: monochome against another hue, lights sharply
contrasting dark, movement of the structures through the image.  However, what
is the implication of the symbols?  How (if it is even important) does it
relate to worship?  Is mystery equivalent?

Ontology:
There is a concern as to whether people are symbolic.  Do symbols people
represent overshadow the significance of person-ness?  Is it possible that a
person can be a symbol and still a person?  If so, how is it shown in imagery?
