===== From BigTrav2001@chartermi.net: Although the image itself is well done, I'm afraid the most impressive thing here is the .txt description. Which I did find rather impressive and interesting. ===== From pixel_guy@hotmail.com: interesting image, but a bit too simple for my taste ===== From marlo.steed@home.com: A nice looking image. However, not enough 3D look for my liking...at least for this competition. ===== From marcelocarvajal@ieee.org: It looks like an old video game. I don't think it looks like a ray tracing. The bugs are too small, but I give you a higher score for artistic merit, because it looks kind of nice. ===== From jhiggins@mooseworld.net: I don't think I get this. ===== From lrwii@janics.com: I don't understand your scene. I've read and reread the TXT file. And the only I can say is that I disagree with something you said. there is no base set of rules that everyone follows (or should follow) when creating or viewing an image. Rather, each image must establish and hold to its own criteria. I belive that there is a base set of rules. Every media an artist chooses to use can only do certain things. With a pencil and paper an artist can create the Illusion of space. But cann't create a photo. And have you ever try to view a picture in complete darkness or with you eyes shut. ===== From peter@table76.demon.co.uk: If you use the "hollow" keyword in the plane, the media can go on either side.
