===== From pixel_guy@hotmail.com: interesting image.. seems a bit blurry ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Definitely an interesting feel to this. The hand looks nicely diseased, in keeping with the concept. ===== From marlo.steed@home.com: Nice concept, liked the cage. The whole image was too red for me.... probably just preerence but it might have added to the affect if table had not been a redish color too. ===== From marcelocarvajal@ieee.org: It's obvious your work is original, but I don't think it's artistic. Technically, the image is so fuzzy that it's hard to understand. OK for the hair in the creatures. The hand looks pretty fake. Sorry. ===== From lrwii@janics.com: I like the concept. Everything looks fuzzy, no point of focus. ===== From delfeld@mailcity.com: Gruesome. Not a good idea to create these creatures, I guess. This is a generic note about realism: Realism is nice, but why is realism significant artistically? Is there any other way(s) to represent more accurately, or more beautifully, which are not realistic methods? This is a generic note about light and shadows: Light casts shadows. In terms of imagery, however, shadows are a changes in hue or value from one area to another. A change in hue or value is a line. What you have made is a whole bunch of lines that crisscross everything, making object lines indistinct. Since there does not seem to be a visual reasoning (pattern) for this muddling, the image seems confusing. In your case, however, it seems like the textures themselves may be creating distracting lines.
