This has a nice feel to it.  The spiderweb looks good, if 
a bit regular in its shaping, and the chain hangs nicely 
and lays well on the ground.  A different texture on the 
spider would help this scene a lot for me.

The chains are a good touch. The lighting seems wrong, 
you have shown one light but the background is  bright. 
The top half of the picture could have been cut off and 
still had no effect on it.
