Interesting take on the theme.  In terms of image alone, there are ways to
express the small area of a bathtub in comparison to the expanse of sea and
sky.  Making the tiles slightly larger would be one trick, though the lack of
faucet shadows on the tile is also effective.  Keeping the light source close
to the tub will make the shadows extend more raidially, focusing the attention
on objects (by contrasts of light and dark).
