Nice concept... lighting is quite good.  The scene needed camera focus to blur
out the foreground and background to really make the it pop out.

Nice concept. The composition is presented as an unity 
though. Textures a little bit more complex -with normals- 
would do the trick in enhancing the 
ambience/atmosphere.

The concept is good. The composition is fare. If the  
tentacles symbolize the darkness of the world then more 
of them in the background would have helped break up 
the skyline.
