IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 


  I modelled this scene after a photograph which I had taken in the north of
China.
It shows a typical market street with wooden tables, water melons, etc.. This
road
was suspiciosly named 'dog meat street'. Unfortunately I wasn't able to read the

plate of the restaurant to the right. Later on that day I looked the characters
up
in my dictionary. The plate says: "sincere dog meat restaurant". I hope the dog
in
this picture finds it out faster than I did.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


  The street, tables, melons and buildings are hand-coded CSG objects. I used
hama-
Patch for the umbrellas and the Coke can. There are also grass leafs made using

hamaPatch, but I placed them awfully.

  I scaled and placed the objects by hand. Except for the red plate and the can

used color_maps and normals. The background of the scene is still unfinished and

is the street. On a market should at least be some people I guess :( .
