IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

This image was inspired by a xilography of the Japanese artist of XIXth century,
Hokusai.
 The artist employed for this work the technique of Nishiki-ye, which requires
the use of several wood turpentines in order to return the various colors.
 The subject is the sensual idealization inspired by the female forms.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

Polygonal modeling using Maya 4 for the woman, the fabrics are carried out in
nurbs... 
Textures of big size were made in Painter, with a particular care for those
fabrics...
Lighting, softly ensured by 23 pointlights, are located in quarter of sphere
around the model.
