Great idea. The only real problem is that because the perspective lines up the
natural tendency is to see the picture frame as a hole in the wall leading to
the next room, which I guess means you've done it too well! If the camera was
slightly offset for ech world it would add a degree of "flatness" that would
make it look more like a picture, but perhaps that would ruin the whole
effect... anyway I like it :)
BTW, the water drop took ages for me to find and was worth the effort, nice
touch.

Interesting interpretation of the theme.  The chalk 
sketches look very nice, as do the carpets.  I like the 
idea of making the worlds transcend their borders 
(canvas), but the water drop is hardly visible.  Perhaps 
you could have made this a little more obvious in the 
image, and maybe even include some small hints that 
each of the "inner" worlds goes beyond its border.

here... I especially like the ceiling in the main room.  
The limited use of color in the middle 'room' works well.
