===== From trothgard@citywidesoftware.com: I would've thought that it was the woman who was dreaming, thinking to be Earth's last great big hope against the invading space army. Of course stopping the world with a cigarette is a far fetched dream, I'd have rather seen a smoking phase pistol, set to Shake and Bake. Good lighting, excellent models. :) ===== From cly@u.arizona.edu: I like the POSER models. Great job. What I dislike about the image is that mushrooms do not grow on asteroids, there is no possibility for it too survive. Secondly, there are too many flares. I think lowering the number would make the image a little better. (You don't want too much details to the background). I also think that the smoke needs adjustments. Usually, the smoke's path become turbulent because of the medium it goes through. This might make it more realistic. Finally, I think that asteroid is not an asteroid. Asteroid's do not have a flat-top. Note that these are all suggestions. ===== From robbert@mintec.ca: Very nice job ont he texturing. ===== From pokorny@attglobal.net: Strong image and great, oddball concept. However, I feel there is something amiss about the woman's face and if this is a place creatures walk there are too many small rocks in the open. I wonder too if the image would be better without the ships? ===== From lrwii@joplin.com: Nice composition. ===== From file: My assumption had always been little green men would be attracted to, well, little green women. An original spin on "dream-girl" concept. Great sense of humor: hilariously trashy "earth-girl," and that even in his dream he is only timidly clutching at her heel (or was that unintentional? hard to tell). Good details, good nebula. Notable for originality ===== From r@hmb2-t3-1.mcbone.net: could be a movie-poster of the late 60's. what does the little alien think ? maybe what every "man" would think when he waits for her to end her cigarette... :o)) Notable for textures, modelling, composition, lighting
