===== From trothgard@citywidesoftware.com: Love the water, but that is something Bryce is good at. The moon is nice and bright and I love how it silhouttes the man and tree. The tree looks cool, although almost like medusa's hair than a leafless tree. The human on the rock doesn't look very relaxed, mebbe it's just me. ===== From cly@u.arizona.edu: I have to say, that light (or sun) is huge. A couple of things I noticed: If that is the sun, shouldn't it be behind the clouds which I see on the horizons, and the placement of the grass, you should have it more randominize, and not next to the rock. Finally, how is it possible to sit on a smooth rock which is 45 deg of the level. I think he would slip. Also, I think the tree should be more realistic, more leaf, and actual branches that you expect to see. ===== From robbert@mintec.ca: That moon is awefully close. Not even the clouds obscure it even a bit. :) The figure could be a little better. Torso and mid section seems too bulged. The image seems a little unbalanced unless that was intended. It just seems that the right side has no purpose for the image. ===== From pokorny@attglobal.net: An attractive image. However the island, the rock being sat upon and the human figure all have shapes or positions which are too unnatural. I also think the image would have looked much better if you had used a real image map of the moon. Blue sky on the distant horizon is a nice touch. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Very striking... the moon and the silhouettes work well to draw the eye. I like the odd shape of the tree as a dream image. The thin blue band across the center of the images confuses me, though, and detracts from the scene a bit. Good use of a few select elements to create a compelling scene, though.
