To me, the turtle is the nicest part of this picture because for a simple model he has a lot of personality. I think that the turtle should have been placed in a more prominent location to allow the other elements in the scene to move more into the background. With the exception of the far islands, everything looks close and crowded to me now.

I like. Your modelling skills are superb. Some bump/displacement mapping on the turtle shell and the blue-green fish would have added greatly to the overall realism.

i like your textures and you seem to be very proficient especially from a technical standpoint. This sescape though looks like it is more of an emphsisi of a romp at a beach rather than focus on the idea of landscape.

I like the underwater to air trainsistion.
The fish/turtle don't look quite like they are under water.  I think they need more of the "filtered light" look like you have on the rocks below the water line.

Nice, particularly since you made most of your models by hand.  The turtle and the woman look a little bit out of place, but close-ups of humans and animals are hard to do.  The rest of the fish/plants/animals/waves look true to life.  All-around well done.

But the lighting is quite inconsistent, visible caustics but no shadows except
those cast by some of the underwater objects on the ground

Very nice unusual point of view.  For some reason, the gull 
on the arch makes the image for me.  The turtle is a bit too 
polished looking.  The water disturbance around the girl is 
very good.

I like the "half underwater" view for this image.  The 
ribbons of light on the sea bottom is a nice effect, but 
the "sharp" shadows that break this effect are 
somewhat awkward.

Couple of odd compositional choices (the doublefish, the sailboat =
perched atop a mound, the eerie looming turtle.  Image would be more =
appropriate to a "seascape" than "landscape" theme.  Nice textures, =
especially on the turtle.

the topless girl is a distraction from what is otherwise a nice picture.  your turtle and fish and underwater plant life are far more impressive. the island with lighthouse in the back left is nicely shrouded in a faint mist, very realistically done
