IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

My house is over 100 years old. It as one of the first in the area to have
indoor plumbing, and the toilets are almost as old as my house. So I decided to
render my toilet.


DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

I'm fairly inexperienced at advanced ray tracing. This was the first project
that I have done which uses some of the more advanced techniques that I have
been playing with. I wrote all of the code between 8:00PM and 5:00AM with a few
minor touches after I had slept alittle. I tried to use normal patterns and
pigment patterns to make the wall paper look like it was peeling. The pull
chain for the flusher was done with an equation I wrote my self. I used photon
reflection in the water to give the inside of the bowl caustics.
