===== From jon@vulpecula.us: Very cool. Neat idea, and well executed. The smoke looks kind of faky though. Also, the tie-in with the topic is kind of vague... ===== From Kzerphii.Toomk@Wanadoo.fr: Surrealistic ! ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Nice! Great textures, especially the pewter mug. Steam is a little too solid looking. ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: Nice concept. I like it very much. Good work. ===== From pbrasolin@yahoo.it: Really cool idea. The only thing I don't like are those shadows... PB ===== From info@michaelscholz.de: Cool, I like it. ===== From the_dark_allies@hotmail.com: Very good work! The one thing that bothers me is some of the elements don’t look anchored down well. Perhaps some tweaking of the lighting would prevent the floating objects look. ===== From zio_tom78@hotmail.com: Good image. Some textures seem strange (e.g. reptyles, book cover) but others are really good (wood, bottle) ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: Excellent work modelling the reptiles. The textures in the scene are also excellent. The smoke looks a little awkward. It seems a bit too solid to me, and the cone from which it comes seems a bit too well defined. ===== From emediez@emediez.com: Light is flat in some areas, which translates into a lack of necessary subtle shadows. Good composition. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: Yes there are some good textures here. I like the consistently clean = overall style of the image. Not very original, though. Your concept = score suffers because of this. Many of the shadows are just too soft = and diffuse. The book and the box of matches are well done. I think = the woodgrain and boards in the tabletop are too coarse. ===== From file: I'll never by sponge animals again.
