The yellow leaves provide some good contrast. Things look a bit too "mapped", so
I would say work on the textures a little more. I think you could make the
lighting a little more interesting too.

The concept was good.  The artistic and technical merit were rated less because
the image had a 2D look and feel to it.  Perhaps it needed shadows cast on the
ground plane.  The structures needed to be represented in a more symbolic way
to be consistent with the ground plane.

Lots of good details and great textures. Except for the one for oil spots, it
far too regular to represent dirt in any form, looks more like a carpet or
cloth.
