Very nice picture, impressive landscape.
From a scientific point of view, I'm not sure that such a landscape could exist,
because gravitational forces from the giant planet tend to heat and melt the
satelite, just like Io (satellite of Jupiter) which is very volcanic. But I'm
just being picky.

Excellent picture!  I scored you high for technical and artistic, but I did
score you lower on theme, as I didn't feel the link with the topic was made
strongly enough.  For instance, the same picture could be used if the topic
were "space" or "other worlds" or "planets", etc.  It is a little harsh
that the concept part of the scoring is weighted equally with technical
and artistic merit, because your picture is really very good (I am envious!).
Perhaps in future rounds you could concentrate on more on the connection
to the theme? Perhaps in future rounds I will try to follow my own advice too
:)

Exceptionally crisp clear image.  Superb artistry, one of the best in the
competition.  I like the hazy mists rising as if they were being pulled by
gravity of the gas giant.  I like the silhouetted horizon and the
sharp-yet-diffuse lighting.  I like the no-two-alike textures and the oh-so-hot
starlight.  I like this image a lot!
It uses a lot of borrowed elements, and it really doesn't distinguish
past-present-future, but the end result is undeniably tasteful and appealing.

Excellent scene. Good concept, original and balanced view. Foreground (beach)
seems a little bit too smooth to me, especially if you suggest sand. The
texture of the rocks seems also out of place: they have no relation with the
landscape. There should be some outcrops were they appear to come from by
erosion.

This is very atmospheric and the lighting is great. I don't know if adding say -
a space rover or something in the foreground would have improved it - I don't
know but it's worth a try if in my opinion. But it's a good composition.
