Watch out with the use of 2D figures. They only work well in a 3D environment at a distance. Watch out also for the shadows: the cow has a different one from the scene! Try to match both. The smoke is too 'solid'. Something like a smoke generator or media (does it exist in Bryce?) would give better results. And the shape of the 'cave' is too 'regular'. But keep on!

The rendered terrain looks decent, but the 2D objects stand out too much as being 2D to work well in the scene.
