Quite a few of the textures in the scene could use some work; they seem pretty
dull.  The lighting may not be helping the textures any; good lighting can make
a scene while bad lighting tends to make things look like plastic.  The pose of
the fairy is stiff and not very natural; her expression doesn't convey a nice,
happy fairy enjoying lunch on the balcony.

This is one of the most bizzare images.  In some ways this is so interesting
because of the fairy figure that seems out of character with the simple table
and ground plane.  I guess this image lacks stylistic unity.  The details on
the tentacles is lacking on the floor.

The background fits your description. But I don't get a sense of "relaxed" or
"romantic" from those metal tentacles waving around!

Unfortunatly the topic was not entrely about fairies. Interesting idea to show a
fairies lunch break. The composition is a bit disturbing.. a happy fairy with a
rather nasty looking monster behind her... muddled

I like the metal texture and the tentacles. Humanoids are always difficult. She
looks like doll not like a woman. The trees and mountains are good,  as is the
plant in the foreground. The table is too sterile.
