Nice concept.  High degree of realism on the tin man.  The face of the scarecrow
works well.  The coate and hat need a bit of work.  the coat needs to look more
like it is draping over the inner structures.  Try adding a bit more of an
exposed edge to the axe.

The facial expressions are done very well.  The texture 
on the tin man seems a bit off to me - almost like 
ceramic.  I guess I find it too glossy to be paint, and not 
shiny enough to be metal.
