The concept is good.  I like your lighting, it  creates an appropriate mood. 
The ghost sort of works.  What is that doesn't work?  The blood textures and
details of the ghost need to be thought through.  At looks very 3Dish with the
joints of the fingers and the shape of the  hands and face.  More realism would
have made this much more compelling.
