What is the "sea of time"?  Is this related to epic proportions because its a
large mountain jutting out of the ocean or some abstract concept like time
progressing through the ages?  Taking a few mintues to clarify your scene and
how you made it goes a long way in the judging process.

I think some of the details are lost because of the size of the image. I 
would rather see a close-up showing the hourglass, with less sky and water.
