===== From skipt1@aol.com: Nice idea for the topic and good modeling work. The ground looks good for an image mapped texture. The rest of the scene would have benefitted greatly if it had the same detail. ===== From povray@doublezero.uklinux.net: This is a very good idea, and a good image. I think radiosity would have done wonders with it. Though you say the modelling is simple, it is very effective. My only real complaint is that the lighting stops a few metres from the camera. ===== From shevlin@uic.edu: Good modeling work on a tough subject. The concrete floor is nice, but most of the other textures are a bit flat. A lot of high-vacuum equipment is made out of stainless steel, so you probably need more shiny and less dull grey in there, at the least. ===== From pbrasolin@yahoo.it: The floor looks good, but looks also tiled, and that is not good. The machinery and the tunnel look great. //Paolo Brasolin ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: The concept is great but kind of difficult to show in just one image. Nice modelling and light is also good but the textures look very basic. The floor looks nice though. ===== From renebui@aol.com: Excellent idea. A very big and expensive machinery dedicated to a very very small particle. I like the ground texture. ===== From sshelby@shelbyvision.com: Although the scene is very well done, I didn't know what it was until I read the description. ===== From jacoons@ameritech.net: Radiosity adds a lot to this image. ===== From file: Notable for modelling ===== From file: Excellent modelling - you're right there is beauty in simplicity. It would be perfect with the right texturing. Notable for composition, modelling, originality, lighting ===== From file: Notable for composition, lighting
