Extra points for realism and attention to detail. The only thing I might add
would be a table or floor underneath, so the board doesn't appear to be
floating
in the air, but no points deducted for that.

One outstanding decision is to make the background black. It fits the game
(which I suspect is something about dragons and dungeons), and it concentrates
the eye on the board. Everything else is just straightforward consequent good
textures and hard work.
