A fun image.  However, it seems to have internal inconsistency.  Some textures
look realistic other look cartoonish - you need to be consistent one way of the
other.

In fact, a realistic approach excepted for the train/railway could make wonder.

Great concept! The modelling, lighting and texturing doesn't quite match the
quality of the idea, but a good picture nonetheless. You could've worked more
on the background, making the toy train a part of even more realistic-looking
landscape. The idea of sharply contrasting out-of-scale toys and real world is
definitely worth further evolution. :-)
