===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: The concept is nice. It would have helped to make your textures and scene a bit more realistic. ===== From tigerhawk@stic.net: I really like where you went with this - it's a great concept as well as artistically appealing. Nicely done! ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Cue stick looks great! Clouds look too solid. ===== From jgrimbert@free.fr: The planets are not even aligned with the blackhole... retro effect will be difficult! I believe a similar cue can be found in povray scenery, on a real snooker scene. ===== From jouni@mikrobitti.fi: Good idea. You could've pushed it closer to the topic by adding some more game-like objects; now the cue and the text file are the only thing that remind me of the subject this round. ===== From mickro.warf@laposte.net: only a concept... ===== From bertram.henze@t-online.de: Well, the idea is not really new (you can read it in the last chapter of "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe" by Douglas Adams), but then really new ideas don't exist (even the pyramids were invented simultaneously on different continents). Usage of area light is interesting, because it builds the link between space dimensions and a game in a small lit room (i.e. Snooker). I feel the black hole should look more hole-like, more fierce and dangerous, to make the point. ===== From file: Notable for originality
