It seems a little bit on the edge of off-topic to me...
There is something wrong with the lighting; shadows are wrong (palms) or absent (bottles).
The bottles seem to float in the air and not make contact with the sand; scale differences between bottles is perturbing.
Textures are very basic. Play with them more.
Island and sea could be made much better, with more structure to them (waves and small dunes)
