===== From helene.dumur@free.fr: The idea is very good, but the whole picture is too much "simple" ===== From rgow@lanset.com: Good idea. The objects are simple, but even simple objects can work very well with proper textures and lighting. Here, I think your image would be improved by lowering the ambient values in the textures, and making the room light less bright and having some light coming from the window. ===== From t.degroot@inter.nl.net: Very basic scene. First of all, move the camera so that all for legs of the table are visible. I think the proportions of the Twin Towers are wrong. They are too slender and too far apart. Work on the textures. Try to avoid flat colors and use normals to give some depth. If you se a standard texture, adapt it to your needs and own impressions. Standard textures are seldom just right for a scene. To avoid parallax problems (if that is a problem) try using an orthographic camera. ===== From bertram.henze@t-online.de: It's most about lighting, I think. The window would be a much better light source than the single naked bulb behind the camera (and would make the screen light more prominent). All it takes is a good outside sunshine and radiosity turned on. Try antialiasing to get rid of jagged edges on the table and moire patterns on the towers.
