Really high-quality. You worked the ground texture really nicely, and the dust
and car models both look great too. My only complaint is that the cars tires
are too bright and shiny looking, as is its body. Judging by the dust it's
kicking up, it wouldn't be quite so clean.

Really convincing visceral sense of speed in this image.  Bold image =
with simple crisp clean lines.
Not sure why the featureless sky is so prominent, though.  How about =
adding a chase plane?  Or two?  Or the Moon?  Or some birds?
When I first saw this image, I suspected that the unusual camera =
viewpoint was a "cheat" to avoid having to do the difficult modeling of =
the car body, engine, driver, and various race-related surroundings.  If =
the car really is complete, it would be interesting to show 2 or 3 more =
duplicates off to the side, being beaten by this one in a race.
Quite clever use of textures to convey speed.  This image is a real =
winner, definitely one of my favorites.
