Is it me or does it look like there is a 'neat' horizontal line where ice stops
on the trees in the background.  I'm noticing artifacts in the sky which I
don't know if that would be encoding error or how it was made.  Other than that
it's very well done.

Very beautiful image. Probably my favourite this round. I'd suggest that snow
should be more reflective and less opaque, it should look like a dense media.
Also the glow from the sun looks too circular for sun shining through branches,
I'd expect it to have rays of light.

Incredible image.  It would be photorealistic if you removed the fence (the
blobs of snow on the vertical surfaces of the fence just doesn't look right at
all).  The snow is absolutely spot-on, as is the way the snow hangs on the main
tree and the effect of the sun shining through the branches.  Wow!  Real shame
about the fence though.

Artistist merit is high.  You have captured the specular highlights of real snow
- I know that is tough to achieve.  The frosted tree is a nice detail that adds
to the impact.

I love the lighting on this picture it's just very original and the shadowing on
the snow is great to... Also the texturing on the snow is very realistic which
is very neat!

The fence texture looks a bit out of place when everything else is so stunningly
photorealistic. I like the snow in the foreground.
