===== From jonas@lhtsse.org: Great sence of action! The fingers don't quite seem to interact with the instruments though. ===== From s.day@uel.ac.uk: A good image great lighting and colours. ===== From dungbeatle@mail.tds.net: Concept is cool. I like the modeling and lighting. Could use some kind of background. ===== From iacopo.mochi@tele2.it: Wow. It's beautiful! ===== From javaearl@hotmail.com: "I was not going for realism here at all but hoped to capture the mood of the music by depicting a rocking jam sesion - when musians just go for it and are really into their music. I hope that was accomplished with the figures in dynamic stances, metalic relfective textures, and the colored volumetric lighting. I considered adding abstract shapes coming out of their instruments but then thought it would make the image too busy." I think it was a good choice. Nice image. ===== From raytracing@grayproductions.net: A good looking simple shot that seems to capture the essense of motion and passion. ===== From phenlikescheese@hotmail.com: Beautiful! ===== From y@yahoo.com: You rendered that in an hour? No fair. Try that in POVRay and I'll bet you'll get around 18 hours... Anyway, great picture! I liked the use of the three different lights and the organic shape of the stage. The metallic textures remind me or strong, brass music. I'm glad you didn't add extra shapes; I like the cleanness and simplicity. Sorry I don't have any suggestions...I'm not familiar with Lightwave. Great image! ===== From file: The dudes are very well modelled. Not much interest anywhere though, no textures, no croud, etc... Notable for modelling ===== From file: Good Notable for composition, originality, modelling, lighting
