IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

 
A lonely chuch sitting along the fog.  The only light coming from the burning
candles which are lit every night in prayer of god.  Sleeping in a small 
tower there is only but one man, the lonely priest.  Behind the church sits the
dried out old trees which signify the age of the building.
 
Infront of the church, lit by the moon, is a grave.  Who's grave?, no one
knows...



DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


 
Being the first time I have ever entered irtc I was a little nervous... I used a
simple program called Anim8or which I learned 
how to use in a small animation class that I took last summer.  Slowely I began
modeling small objects such as birds... That was 
when I found irtc which ispired me to try harder stills.  Then I thought of my
love for old churches and when the topic light and fog 
presented itself I took the chance to enter.

Rendering turned out to be much more of a problem then the rest of it just
because the program does not do very big renders and this was a fairly big
file!
 
The tiles on the ouside wall with the doors presented the most problem.  They
had to be individually done.  The trees which are all 
the same tree copied over and over again also were a little difficult.  My
favourite part to model was probably the water dish on the outside near the
wall!  
Other then that I enjoyed every minute I spent on the still!  Personally I love
it and I hope you do too!
