I tried to illustrate the absence of man.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

So... Clouds are gizmos to which i applied volumetric fog. The sun is an omni
light with
glow effect. The foam is made out of particles facing the camera. The water and
sand 
are edited planes. Stones and seashells are just instance particles of a model.
The 
beach mat is made out of nurb curves that i just linked together. The backgroud
is a 
gradiant ramp. Put them all together and this is pretty much what you get.
